• Educational Qualification: Class 12 Pass from recognized board or equivalent including certain diploma/ITI/polytechnic qualifications.
• Conductor Licence & Badge: Must hold a valid Conductor Licence issued by Regional Transport Authority and Badge at the time of application.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic computer certificate/marksheet or diploma/degree recognized by Gujarat Government or class 10/12 passed with computer subject.
• Vision: Normal vision required.
• Nationality: Indian citizen or eligible related categories as per criteria.

Age as on 05 July 2026. Minimum age 18 years. Maximum age varies by category with overall max 45 years, including relaxations:

• General Male: max 35 years
• General Female: max 40 years
• Reserved categories: max 40 (male), 45 (female)
• Ex-Servicemen & Divyang persons have applicable relaxations up to max 45 years

Applicants must pay the fee online via ojas.gujarat.gov.in. The fee is non-refundable.

Candidates must apply online only through the GSRTC official portal at ojas.gujarat.gov.in. The application window opened on 06 June 2026 and will close on 05 July 2026.
