The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) invites applications for 235 Assistant Engineer vacancies in Civil and Mechanical disciplines under the Road and Building Department and Gujarat Maritime Board. Eligible candidates with B.E./B.Tech degrees can apply online from June 5 to June 19, 2026.

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering for Civil posts and Mechanical Engineering for Mechanical posts from recognized Indian universities or deemed universities under UGC Act.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Gujarati or Hindi as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on June 19, 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Ex-Servicemen/PwD and women as per norms (up to 45 years).
