Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th pass (Matriculation) from a recognised board.
• Age Limit (approx): 18–27 years (varies slightly by post; check official notification).
• Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwD, and as per Government rules.
• Physical Fitness: Must meet basic physical and medical standards for paramilitary service.
• Language & Documents: Knowledge of Hindi or English; carry photo ID, address proof, and category/PwD certificates (if applicable).

Pay Scale & Benefits

Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100 (Level-3, Cell-I) per month under 7th Pay Commission.

Selection Process

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST).
2. Written Examination (objective type – General Knowledge, Reasoning, Maths, English/Hindi, and trade-specific questions).
3. Trade Skill Test (for technical trades, driver, veterinary, etc.).
4. Document Verification (original certificates, category/PwD, driving licence where applicable).
5. Medical Examination (SSB/force-specific medical standards).
6. Final Merit List and posting in Sashastra Seema Bal units.

4. Click Apply Online and select New Registration.
5. Fill personal details (name, father's name, DOB, gender), education, category, and preferred post(s).
6. Upload the following documents:
   • Recent colour photograph
   • Signature
   • 10th marksheet & certificate
   • Driving licence (for Driver posts)
   • Category / PwD / EWS certificates (if applicable)
7. Pay the application fee (₹100 for General/OBC/EWS; no fee for SC/ST/Female candidates).
