Selection Process
Merit List based on 100 marks:
- Educational Qualification Marks: 60-65 marks
- Experience Marks: 10-20 marks (NHM employees: 3 marks/year; Others: 2 marks/year)
- Bonus Marks: 10 marks (for COVID-19 frontline workers)
- Skill/Written Test: 20 marks (Minimum 30% required to qualify)
