- Manager: Age 25-30 years, 3 years credit experience in banks/NBFCs
- Senior Manager: Age 28-35 years, 6 years credit experience in banks/financial institutions
- Chief Manager: Age 32-42 years, 8 years in banks/financial institutions with 5 years in credit appraisal
C&IC Relationship Posts
- Senior Manager: Age 28-35 years, 6 years in banks/financial institutions with 2 years handling corporate credit
- Chief Manager: Age 32-42 years, 8 years in banks/financial institutions with 3 years handling corporate credit
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline + Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance (or CA/CMA/CS/CFA)
- Nationality: Indian citizens (and certain categories of Nepali, Bhutanese, Tibetan refugee)
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 680 at time of joining (mandatory eligibility condition)
- Posting Condition: Willingness to serve anywhere in India
