Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women (TNCDW) / Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM), Sivaganga District Mission Management Unit has announced 86 temporary vacancies for Community Bank Coordinator posts. Eligible female candidates having passed 12th Standard can apply offline by 29 May 2026 up to 5:00 PM.

• Kannangudi: 5 posts

• Ilayankudi: 4 posts
• Singampunari: 4 posts
• S. Pudur: 0 posts

• Must be a female active SHG member under Panchayat-level federations in the BMMU area
• 12th Standard pass with good Tamil & English communication and accounting skills. 10th pass candidates may be considered in hilly/tribal areas with special permission.
• Minimum 2 years experience as SHG Promoter (Community Mobiliser)
• Must not be employed full-time elsewhere
• Should not belong to groups with loan defaults
• Belong to target population (BPL/marginalized) as per census; if none apply, others may be considered
• Age below 35 years as on 29 May 2026
