**Stipend:**
- Monthly stipend: ₹12,300
- Paid by 10th day of following month

- Pro-rata deduction for unauthorized absences
**Leave Entitlement:**
- 1 day leave per month (credited at beginning of next month)
- Can be carried forward but max 2 days at a time
- All accumulated leave lapses at end of training contract
- All company-observed public holidays are entitled days (no deduction)

- After 12 months, apprentices undergo assessment
- Theory assessment by BFSI SSC
