Eligibility Criteria

• Blood Bank Counsellor: Post-Graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Anthropology / Human Development. Minimum 2 years experience after essential qualification. Desirable: Knowledge of Computers, Proficiency in MS Office.
• Blood Bank Lab Technician: Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) OR Diploma in MLT. Should have completed 10+2 before obtaining diploma/degree. Registered with concerned Para-Medical Council if applicable. Knowledge of computers. Minimum 2 years after degree and 3 years after diploma. Degree holders: minimum 6 months in blood banking. Diploma holders: minimum 1 year in blood banking. Desirable: Post Graduate degree, Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary/Stipend

• Blood Bank Counsellor: Rs. 21,000/- per month
• Blood Bank Lab Technician: Rs. 25,000/- per month
• Consolidated monthly remuneration. No T.A., D.A., H.R.A. etc. admissible.
• Purely on contract basis initially for 3 months probation period, further continuation based on performance.

Age Limit (as on 26-02-2026)

• Upper age limit is 60 years as on date of Advertisement.
• Continuation will be applicable up to 62 years for contractual service.

• Posts are temporary & purely on contract basis.
• Age will be determined on the last date of receipt of applications.
• Mere fulfilling the qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
• Applications which do not meet minimum qualifications or incomplete will be summarily rejected.
• Applications received after last date will not be considered.
• Candidates who have been discontinued based on poor performance or retired from Government Services or against whom disciplinary action is completed/ initiated will not be eligible.
