Note: As per Madhya Pradesh Government Order No. 969/1197/2012 dated 06.08.2012, 87% posts are reserved for Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates and 13% posts are for horizontal reservation.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Qualification: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree from a recognized university
- Essential: Must be registered as Homeopathic Medical Practitioner with MP Homeopathic Council or any State Homeopathic Council
- Registration Requirement: Candidates should have registration certificate as per MP Homeopathic Chikitsa Parishad Adhiniyam 1965
Experience
- No specific experience mentioned as mandatory
- Fresh graduates with valid registration can apply
Domicile Requirements
- For 87% posts: Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate required as per Government Order dated 08.03.2022
- For 13% horizontal posts: Candidates from any state can apply
Salary/Stipend
- Pay Scale: Level-10 of Pay Matrix
- Salary Range: ₹56,100 - ₹177,500 per month
- Grade Pay: As per 7th Pay Commission recommendations

Selection Process
- Two-Stage Examination Process: Preliminary Examination followed by Main Examination
- Preliminary Examination: Objective type (MCQ) conducted on 28.05.2026
- Main Examination: Conducted on 07.06.2026 for candidates who qualify preliminary exam
- Exam Pattern: OMR based answer sheets with negative marking
- Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
- Qualifying Criteria: Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in both preliminary and main examination
- Final Merit List: Based on marks obtained in Main Examination
- Document Verification: Original documents will be verified after final selection
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass medical fitness test
Examination Structure
- Preliminary Exam Marks: 100 marks (General Studies and Homeopathy)
- Main Exam Structure:
- Paper 1: General Studies - 60 marks
