ISP SAIL Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Must be Indian national.
- Qualification acquired from Central/State Govt recognized institute.
- Candidates with relevant post-qualification work experience given preference.
- Essential qualification and work experience as on 05-03-2026.
- Must fulfill minimum age and maximum age criteria as on 05-03-2026.
- OBC (NCL) candidates must submit certificate issued in FY 2025-26 (on or after 01-04-2025).
- PwBD candidates eligible for age relaxation.
- Critical Care Technician: 10+2 or equivalent and Diploma in Critical Care Technology (2-year) with 1 year experience in Critical Care Unit with ventilator facility.
- Dialysis Technician: 10+2 or equivalent and Diploma in Dialysis Technology (2-year) with 6 months working experience.

- Critical Care Technician: Maximum age 30 years (UR), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC/ST), 40 years (PH-UR), 43 years (PH-OBC), 45 years (PH-SC/ST).
- Dialysis Technician: Maximum age 30 years (UR), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC/ST), 40 years (PH-UR), 43 years (PH-OBC), 45 years (PH-SC/ST).
- Age relaxation for OBC, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates is applicable as per government rules.
ISP SAIL Recruitment 2026 - Salary / Stipend
- Basic Stipend: ₹17,980 per month.
- Skill & Knowledge Enhancing Allowance: Up to ₹7,020 per month (based on attendance, ₹260/day for 20+ days attendance).
- Maximum Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Working Hours: Minimum 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (48 hours/week).
- Leave: 7 days leave/year + National Holidays/Compensatory off.
- Medical Facility: Self only at SAIL ISP Hospital.
- Hostel Facility: On payment basis if desired (subject to availability).
- HRA: Not payable.
- PF/Gratuity: Not payable unless specified.
