HARTRON Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Project Manager/Project Lead: BE/B. Tech (IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications & equivalent or MCA or M.Tech. in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications from any university/Professional Institution recognized by Government with twelve years experience, out of which five year experience in the field of IT/e-governance project implementation and management in any State Govt. Organizations/PSUs. Desirable: Expertise in project workflow management. Handling multidisciplinary teams. Vendor coordination. Monitoring large IT/e-Governance projects.
- Network & Security Administrator: BE/B. Tech (IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/ Computer Applications & equivalent or MCA or M.Tech. in IT/CSE/Electronics & Communication/Computer Applications from any university/Professional Institution recognized by Government alongwith 08 years experience in relevant field. OR Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline with experience of 05 years in relevant field. Preferred Certification: MCSA, CCNA (Network/ Security), CCNA(Security). Technical Skill Set: Network/hardware/Software/Cloud/SDC infrastructure, Information Security & ISMS, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VA/PT), Security Monitoring & SOC Operations, Cyber Security Governance, Security Audit Support, Network & Security Infrastructure Management, Compliance & Security, Manage the teams of System admins/Network engineers.
- Assistant General Manager: 1st Class BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Sc./MCA having 05 years’ experience in the executive position in the relevant field.
- Senior Technical Manager: 1st Class BE/B.Tech. in Electronics with 03 years’ experience in execution of turnkey projects related to Surveillance, System, Server, Storage, Network etc.
- Junior Engineer(Civil): 3-year Civil Engineering diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute/University alongwith one year related experience in Govt./Semi Govt. Proficiency of drafting in English & Knowledge of computer is must.
- Junior Engineer(Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institute/University alongwith one year related experience in the Govt. Sector. Proficiency of drafting in English & Knowledge of computer is must.
