- Full time Graduate Degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts with minimum 60% marks.
- Speed of 90 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typing (Test will be conducted).
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications/MS Office of not less than 3 months duration.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Private Secretary/Executive Secretary attached to persons at Senior Managerial positions in Private or Public Sector Company/Govt. Organization.
- Preferred: Diploma/Certification course in Secretarial Practice/Office Administration/Office Management.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Foreign Languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French etc.).
