Eligibility
Only Indian citizens domiciled in Chhattisgarh are eligible. Applicants must meet educational qualifications and be aged between 21 to 35 years as on 01-01-2026.
Medium of education from class 6 onwards must be English (except for Hindi/Sanskrit posts).
Relevant CG TET qualifications are mandatory for Assistant Teacher, Head Teacher, and Teachers except Lecturers.
Current contractual employees applying for the same post are ineligible but may apply for higher posts with affidavit.
Post-wise Educational Qualifications
- Lecturer (Physics/Electronics/Applied Physics/Nuclear Physics): Postgraduate degree (min 2nd division) + B.Ed.
- Teacher (English): Graduation (min 45%) + B.Ed. with English Literature at graduate level + CG TET (Pre-Secondary)
- Teacher (Mathematics/Science/Social Science): Graduation (min 45%) + B.Ed. + CG TET (Pre-Secondary)
- Teacher (Hindi/Sanskrit): Graduation (min 2nd division) + B.Ed. + CG TET (Pre-Secondary), English medium exempted
- Computer Teacher: Graduation in Computer Science/IT with relevant qualification
- PT Teacher (Vyayam Shikshak): Higher Secondary + B.P.Ed. or Graduation + B.P.Ed.
- Assistant Teacher: Higher Secondary (min 45%) + D.Ed./D.El.Ed. + CG TET (Primary)
