- Bring original documents along with photocopies to the District RCHO Office, District Health and Family Welfare Office premises, Old TB Hospital Campus, Old Madras Road, near Swami Vivekananda Metro Station, Indiranagar, Bengaluru – 38.
- Obtain the prescribed application form, register, and only registered candidates will be considered for document verification.
- Appointment orders will be issued based on current vacancies and roster cum merit as per NHM guidelines.
- Selection is on contract basis under NHM, following roster cum merit. General category considered only if reserved category candidates are not available.
- Any changes in the process will be at the discretion of the selection committee, whose decision is final.
